The challenge
The UK Space Agency, in partnership with the UK Business Angels Association (UKBAA) and Type1 Ventures, needed an engaging platform for Venture in Space, a campaign designed to accelerate high-potential UK companies in the space sector by connecting them with investors and potential buyers. The objective was to create a digital experience that would capture the innovation and ambition of the campaign while fostering industry connections.


What I did
I conceptualized and designed a unique visual identity for Venture in Space, balancing modern, clean design with elements that evoke the intrigue of the cosmos. The website features a dark, starry backdrop and a streamlined layout to enhance both usability and a sense of exploration. Interactive elements encourage users to dive into key insights, while the overall aesthetic was crafted to reflect the UK Space Agency’s commitment to innovation. The palette, visuals, and content flow are all intended to draw users into the mission and potential of space development.


The results
The Venture into Space website successfully launched, receiving positive feedback from industry stakeholders. The platform effectively communicates the initiative's goals, facilitating connections between high-growth SMEs and investors, and positioning the UK Space Agency as a leader in fostering innovation within the space sector.
